The images recorded by our video surveillance cameras will be kept for 30 days, unless at the request of the police or the judicial authority they must be kept for a longer period of time. In these cases, they will be kept properly blocked.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
In some campgrounds, images are captured in order to preserve the safety of people and property, as well as the facilities.
The user is informed by means of a video surveillance sign located in a sufficiently visible place in front of the camera, informing that the facilities are under video surveillance.
No transfers are foreseen, except to law enforcement agencies, nor will there be any international transfer of data.
The images will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days from their capture. Once this period has elapsed, the images must be cancelled, in accordance with the regulations in force. Which provides: “the cancellation will result in the blocking of the data, being kept only at the disposal of the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the treatment, during the period of limitation of these. Once this period has expired, the data must be deleted”.
LANGUAGE
